The Empowering Learners in the Age of AI 2023 in person conference will commence at 12 noon on Tuesday 5 December and conclude at 4 pm on Thursday 7 December. Registration is available for both individuals and students and includes: access to all days of the conference, two networking receptions, lunch on all 3 days and breaks. There will be hands-on demonstrations, keynotes, presentations and panels.

The ELAI Conference will be held in both Building 3 for the main plenaries in the beautiful Synergy Rooms and in Building 1 and in Building 3 for the concurrent sessions. The co-location of these two buildings make it very easy for conference attendees to move from one room to the other.

The discounted conference rate includes breakfast and overnight parking for guests. Please note there are limited rooms available at this discounted rate so please book promptly and prior to the cut off date. Breakfast is included in the rate.
